The first event of this Programme, will be held next October 29th and 30th, it will be the virtual appointment for outstanding professionals of solidarity education.
In the framework of the global health crisis that forces us to rethink new ways of linking and committing ourselves to what will define us as a society from now on, this global event brings together leading specialists from different countries to reflect and exchange experiences around the institutionalization of solidarity service-learning and its contribution to the identity and mission of Catholic Institutions of Higher Education.
The Symposium, organized by UNISERVITATE – a program coordinated by Porticus with the collaboration of the Latin American Center for Learning and Solidarity Service (CLAYSS) – will take place next Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30, virtually and with free registration.
This multicultural, global and plural meeting that invites us to think about new ways of learning, teaching and serving, will have the participation of referents on the subject from the five continents. Among them are:
María Nieves Tapia (CLAYSS, Argentina), Richard Brosse (Porticus, Germany), Isabel Capeola Gil (Catholic University of Portugal, FIUC), María Rosa Tapia (UNISERVITATE/CLAYSS, Argentina), Miquel Martínez (University of Barcelona, Spain), Bojana Culum (University of Rijeka, Croatia), Carol Ma (Singapore University of Social Sciences), Arantzazu Martínez Odria (San Jorge University, Spain), Ignacio Sánchez Díaz (Pontifical Catholic University of Chile), Daniel Stigliano (Cátedras Scholas, Argentina), Daniela Gargantini (Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina), Barbara Humphrey McCrabb (Catholic Conference of Bishops, United States), Rev.
